Com a proximidade da celebração do Dia das Mães, o Instituto Municipal de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor – Procon Carioca fez o monitoramento do preço de alguns produtos comercializados nesse período, com objetivo de oferecer uma referência de preço ao consumidor. Foram encontradas diferenças de preços que alcançaram 57,99% de aumento e 60,66% de redução nos valores praticados.
O levantamento foi realizado entre os dias 25 de abril e 7 de maio e consultou os preços de 26 produtos em cinco lojas online de fornecedores populares com grande presença na cidade do Rio de Janeiro: Amazon, Americanas, Magalu, Mercado Livre e Ponto. Durante a pesquisa, os agentes identificaram variação de preços de alguns produtos dentro do mesmo e-commerce, além das variações já esperadas em diferentes sites.
No Magalu, a geladeira Brastemp Frost Free Inverse 443l Inox com Turbo Ice Bre57 custava R$ 4.939,05, em 25 de abril ; R$ 5.028,00, em 3 de maio, e chegou a R$ 7.763,99, em 7 de maio, uma variação de 57,99%.
De um site para outro as diferenças também podem ser bastante significativas. A mesma geladeira Brastemp, no Mercado Livre, variou de R$ 7.990,00 , em 25 de abril, a R$ 5.099,00, em 3 de maio, e chegou a R$ 8.810,73, em 7 de maio. Variação de 10,27% dentro da loja e diferença R$ 3.871,68 se compararmos com o valor praticado pelo Magalu em 25 de abril.
A segunda maior variação de preços dentro da mesma loja foi constatada no Ponto. Em relação ao Cooktop a Gás Mondial 4 Bocas ctg-01 Bivolt preto. Custava R$ 419,90, em 25 de abril e chegou a R$ 569,90, em 7 de maio, uma variação de 35,72%.
O terceiro lugar no quesito diferença de preços coube ao Liquidificador Mondial Turbo L1200 Bi 1200w Inox 110v Preto, no Magalu. Em 25 de abril o produto custava R$167,90 . Subiu para R$171,84, em 3 de maio, e chegou a R$219,90, em 7 de maio. Uma variação de 30,97%.
Na Americanas, os agentes constataram uma grande variação no preço da Cafeteira Nescafé Dolce Gusto Arno Genio S Basic 110V. E para menos. O produto custava R$ 649,89, em 25 de abril. O preço foi reduzido para R$ 420,90, em 3 de maio, e R$ 436,49, em 7 de maio, uma variação de 32,84%.
Mas o site que apresentou maior redução de preço, em uma diferença de 60,66%, foi o Mercado Livre. Nele, o Apple IPAD (9 Geração) – 64GB – Cinza Espacial custava R$ 5.500,40, em 25 de abril, caiu para R$ 2.140,00 em 3 de maio e chegou a R$ 2,164,00 em 7 de maio.
Em conclusão, a pesquisa realizada demonstrou que há variações significativas de preços dos mesmos produtos não só em diferentes lojas, mas também dentro do mesmo e-commerce num curto espaço de tempo, o que evidencia a importância do consumidor realizar uma pesquisa prévia para encontrar o melhor preço e as melhores condições de compra.
A assessora-chefe do Instituto Municipal de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor, Renata Ruback, ressalta também que é importante verificar se o site é seguro.
– Antes de fornecer seus dados, o consumidor deve verificar se há um cadeado ou uma chave no canto da tela, indicando que a transação é segura. Para se resguardar em relação a futuros problemas, também é recomendado salvar todos os dados da compra online, como nome do site, produtos pedidos, valor pago, forma de pagamento e o número de protocolo da compra ou do pedido, se houver – afirmou Renata.
Além disso, o Procon Carioca alerta para compras online ou em lojas físicas, sobre a necessidade de verificar a política de trocas de cada estabelecimento, além da qualidade dos produtos, principalmente a data de validade, a procedência e o estado de conservação da embalagem.
