A obra da nova unidade escolar receberá investimento de R$ 20,3 milhões; a previsão de entrega é de 10 meses
A Secretaria da Educação do Estado de São Paulo (Seduc-SP) anunciou a reconstrução da Escola Estadual Jardim Vicente de Carvalho, em Bertioga. Os alunos da unidade escolar participaram do evento, realizado na Escola Estadual Professor Armando Bellegard, que atualmente acolhe a comunidade escolar.

O anúncio foi feito pelo presidente da Fundação para o Desenvolvimento da Educação (FDE), Jean Pierre Neto.
Vinculada à Secretaria da Educação, a FDE trabalha na reconstrução da unidade escolar, executada sob novo modelo construtivo, com paredes de concreto levantadas a partir de moldes de alumínio. A obra terá aporte de R$ 20,3 milhões com entrega prevista para o primeiro semestre do ano que vem. Essa será a primeira de 24 substituições de prédios escolares a serem erguidos sob novo conceito arquitetônico.
O antigo prédio da escola, demolido em julho de 2022 em razão de problemas estruturais, dará lugar a um novo equipamento escolar com padrão arquitetônico inovador. O primeiro passo é montar a estrutura física da construção utilizando fôrmas de alumínio de duas faces paralelas, instaladas verticalmente e com lacunas entre elas, que serão posteriormente preenchidas por concreto verde. Após a cura do concreto, as fôrmas serão retiradas e as paredes da edificação estarão prontas.
A obra tem duração estimada de 10 meses, menos da metade do previsto para construções do mesmo porte, graças ao ganho de produtividade proporcionado pela tecnologia desse modelo construtivo, que prevê a reutilização das fôrmas metálicas para as demais obras e acarreta a redução de cerca de 20% nos custos.
Batizado Buriqui, em homenagem a uma espécie de primata da fauna local, esse modelo construtivo versátil permite a execução de projetos variados em função do espaço e do terreno disponíveis.
Para Jean Pierre Neto, a reconstrução da escola de Bertioga é mais um passo dado na busca da FDE por projetos inovadores, tecnológicos, eficientes e sustentáveis. “Essa será a primeira de 24 escolas que vamos entregar seguindo esse novo modelo construtivo, que prioriza a otimização de recursos investidos e a redução do tempo de conclusão da obra. Assim, podemos atender mais rapidamente às necessidades da comunidade escolar e, ainda, contribuir para o meio ambiente”, ressalta.
Para a professora Milena Azenha Defavari Duarte, dirigente regional de ensino de Santos, a construção de um prédio novo representa uma conquista esperada há cerca de cinco anos pelos 700 alunos dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental e Ensino Médio matriculados na escola. “Estamos muito felizes pela perspectiva de uma nova escola e de poder reunir todos os estudantes e professores novamente. Será como voltar para casa”, comemora.
Estrutura
Trata-se de uma escola de 7.560 m2 de área construída, com 15 salas de aula, espaço maker, sala de pesquisa/leitura, duas salas de computação, dois laboratórios – um de matemática e química e outro de física e biologia –, cozinha, refeitório e cantina, além do pátio e quadra cobertos.
Sustentabilidade
A matéria-prima base da edificação é o concreto verde, leve e com microfibra, que reduz o emprego de aço na construção. Além disso, a utilização dos moldes metálicos na obra tem baixa produção de resíduos, evitando desperdício e geração excessiva de entulho.
